Or keep walking if you don’t give a damn about the federal government.” If a sign like that hung at the entrance to some saloon or poker club, we’re pretty sure our battle-hardened “gang of four” would walk in fully armed. Reckless daredevils, big-score gamblers, lovers of risky decisions, whiskey-soaked bar crawls, and random shootouts — that’s what the characters from ORCH’s new beer coaster set are all about. This time, we dove headfirst into the world of the Wild West, along with glasses of whiskey and cheap Mexican beer.

A few words about the characters. The first beer coaster features that one guy who casually blows a bottle to pieces with a pistol from fifty yards away. All those “fastest gun west of the Mississippi” and “deadliest hand north of the Rio Grande” stories are about him. He’s always half-drunk and always ready for a shootout. That’s why his slogan is “Careful, I’m loaded!”.

The second beer coaster is dedicated to a brute from Wyoming, Montana, and all those other Idahos out there. A legendary trapper who can get you out of any mess, find the shortest path through the mountains, and locate fresh water out on the plains. He’s rough, filthy, and about as refined as a log split with an axe — but you can’t survive the Wild West without him. His slogan is “Drink up, tenderfoot!”.

The third coaster belongs to a sly fox, a passionate card player, seductress, and adventurer who, thanks to fate and a couple shady dealings back in Europe, ended up in the New World. She’s charming, lively, loves the company of men, and enjoys a good conversation. But don’t let the pretty face fool you — this kitty will bite your whole arm off if you give her a finger. Her slogan is “One more round, partner?”. Your move, friend. Just remember our warning.

The fourth beer coaster was handed over to one gentleman who lost faith in laws, rights, democracy, and all those other fine declarations a long time ago. Back in the day, this dynamiter worked for the government. Now he works for himself and the boys in his gang. Newspapers regularly carry stories about spectacular explosions, daring raids, and unbelievable adventures connected to his name. Honestly, this guy practically became one with a stick of dynamite, but he never says no to a drink after a hard day’s work. His slogan is “Fire first, booze later”.

Now for a few dry facts. This beer coaster set is made from English oak. Each beer coaster has a recessed groove about 1 mm deep to help keep glasses from sliding around. The artwork is original and hand-painted with acrylic paints. And just a reminder: this is real handmade work — no factory production involved.

This Western-style beer coaster set exists in one copy only. No duplicates have been made, and none are planned. Just like in the Wild West, you don’t always get a second chance to make the right move. Your call.
