The offered products are new, comply with the agreement, and are handcrafted.

Prices are indicated in US Dollars (USD). Other currencies are shown based on a manually set exchange rate, which may differ from official rates on national bank websites. Prices do not include shipping costs.

The customer is required to read and accept these Terms when placing an order.
- Payments
All payments are processed by third-party payment operators in accordance with international payment network rules (including Visa and Mastercard).
ORCH does not receive or store full payment details of clients.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed via the CryptoCloud system in accordance with their rules and requirements.
If the Seller does not receive payment from a client choosing cryptocurrency or card payment, the Seller may contact the Customer to remind about the payment, including via email or messaging, and inform the Customer of the payment deadline under the threat of contract termination. Failure to pay within the specified term will result in termination of the sales contract and cancellation of the order.
Goods will be shipped only after full payment is received.
- Taxes and Duties
The customer is responsible for payment of customs duties and other mandatory charges applicable in the destination country.
An exception is import duties in the USA, which are collected in advance and paid at the time of shipment.

- Shipping
ORCH ships physical goods, including furniture and wooden decor items, worldwide.
Shipping is carried out using international postal operators, courier, and freight services in accordance with generally accepted international logistics standards and the rules of the Universal Postal Union.
Delivery times provided on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, carrier conditions, and other factors beyond the Company’s control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. The Company is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer must inspect the packaging and goods. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery in accordance with their procedures.
- Risk, Ownership, and Damage
Since the Company sells physical goods, including exclusive items, risk transfer occurs according to international shipping practices.
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only after full payment, including shipping costs.
The Company is not responsible for damage to the goods after the transfer of risk, including damage caused by improper handling, storage, or exposure to external factors (humidity, temperature) after delivery.
Claims related to shipping damage must be submitted by the customer in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set by the respective transport or postal service.
- Returns and Refunds

Unjustified chargebacks may be considered a breach of these Terms.
