Shipping, Payment & Taxes

Shipping

We continuously work on expanding the list of countries where shipping is available in automatic mode. If you do not see the option to place an order to your country, please contact us directly. We will review the situation and, where possible, offer a suitable solution.

  1. Shipping within Ukraine.
    At checkout, you may choose one of the following carriers:
  • Nova Poshta
  • Meest
  • Ukrposhta

Delivery is available to a physical address, a branch office, or a parcel locker.

  1. International shipping.
    International shipping is set up as address-based delivery. If for any reason you would like to collect your parcel from a local branch (for example, a Nova Poshta office), please contact us in advance to clarify all details.

2.1. Address-based delivery operates as follows:
The order is shipped via a local carrier (e.g., Ukrposhta) and then transferred to a local last-mile delivery service. In most cases, this is the national postal service of your country. Each stage may have its own tracking number, and we will keep you informed of all relevant updates.

  1. Countries where automatic shipping is available:
    United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Malta, Italy, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, United Arab Emirates.
  2. Insurance.
    All parcels are insured. In the event of loss, we file a claim with the postal operator, receive compensation, and then fully reimburse the customer.
  3. Order processing time.
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days after full payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  4. Delivery time.
    Delivery time depends on the destination country. On average, it ranges from 7 to 21 days.
    Estimated delivery times:
  • Poland: 3–5 days
  • Germany: 5–7 days
  • USA: 10–12 days
  • Australia: approximately 21 days

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Please also note that parcels (except those shipped to the USA) are delivered without prepaid taxes. This means that upon arrival at the local post office, you may be required to pay all applicable duties and taxes before delivery, or receive the parcel together with a payment notice. Procedures vary depending on the destination country.

  1. Shipping cost.
    The shipping cost for a specific item or combined order is displayed during checkout after entering the destination details.

Payment

Below are the available payment methods, along with brief explanations for each option.

  1. PrivatBank card transfer.
    Currency: UAH only.
    A 5% discount applies to the product price only and does not apply to shipping costs, taxes, or any additional fees. Payment details will be sent via email or messenger after order confirmation.
  2. MonoBank card transfer.
    Currency: UAH only.

  3. CryptoCloud.
    Cryptocurrency payment option. The entire process is automated. A detailed list of supported cryptocurrencies, payment instructions, and additional information is available in a separate article.
  4. PayPal (Friends & Family).
    Supported currencies include USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and others supported by PayPal for personal transfers to Ukraine. Payment details will be sent via email after order confirmation.
  5. Card-to-card (P2P) transfers via Wise, TransferGo, PaySend, and similar services.
    Available receiving currencies: USD, EUR, UAH. Most global currencies can be easily converted into these. Please indicate your preferred payment service and required details in the order comments where possible. Full payment instructions will be sent by email after order confirmation.

Taxes, Duties and Fees

  1. The buyer is fully responsible for paying all applicable taxes, customs duties, and fees in the country of import.
  2. We pre-collect U.S. import duties in accordance with Executive Order 14324 — Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries (90 FR 37775) in order to pay them during shipment processing. The applicable rate for Ukraine is 10%.
  3. We do not collect U.S. Sales Tax, as our sales volume does not exceed $25,000 in any individual state. In most cases, unpaid sales tax on individual imports is not enforced for U.S. buyers; however, some states apply stricter controls. Please keep this in mind.
  4. VAT for EU countries and other jurisdictions where Value Added Tax applies must be paid upon delivery. There is a potential option to use an IOSS number; however, the cost of this service (prepaying VAT for a specific EU country at applicable rates) is often disproportionate to the potential benefit. Additionally, it would require using more expensive shipping methods, making the purchase economically unreasonable.
  5. Goods and Services Tax (GST), applicable for example in Canada and Australia, must also be paid upon arrival of the parcel.
  6. Local national postal services typically charge a small customs clearance fee, usually around $1–5, though exceptions exist (notably in Canada, Greece, or Switzerland). Additional fees may apply for detailed inspection or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect contact information. Always provide accurate contact details to avoid unnecessary costs and delays. We recommend reviewing the import procedures and fees applicable in your country before placing an order. This shipping method remains the most cost-effective option compared to private carriers such as UPS, GLS, or FedEx.
  7. To avoid paying taxes upon arrival and instead prepay them, you may place your order through our Etsy store. In this case, an IOSS number will be issued for EU orders, U.S. Sales Tax will be prepaid, and GST will be paid for Australia. Please note that prices on Etsy are on average 15% higher due to additional platform fees and charges.
  8. If additional costs are not a concern and faster delivery is a priority, please contact us using any convenient method. We will calculate shipping costs for your specific case using express options such as DHL.
